Coco Acupuncture

You know this isn't working anymore.
You're running on fumes. You've tried the quick fixes—the apps, the diets, the promises. Nothing sticks. And somewhere underneath the exhaustion is a voice saying there has to be another way.
There is.
But it's not an influencer's 8-week reset or another supplement routine. I'm a nurse. I've spent 20 years watching people like you—capable, tired, caught between what you think you should do and what actually works. I'm also a trained acupuncturist. And I've learned that real change happens when three things come together: you feel immediate relief, you build actual skills to sustain it, and someone who gets it is walking beside you. That's what this is.
This is a program designed for anyone ready to rebuild—especially those navigating the 30 - 65 stretch of life—one that combines Eastern medicine with modern evidence, gives you tools you can keep using, and doesn't require you to become someone you're not.

It's achievable. It's grounded. And yes, it works differently than what you've tried before.

"...If your body, mind, and spirit become one, where is the space for illness?”
-Nei Jing (475-221 B.C.)
My Story
For 15 years, I had been a clinical nurse—palliative care, wound care, educator—showing up for people at their most vulnerable. Then in 2021, I stepped away. I was lost, grieving, and honestly? I didn't recognize myself anymore. But something shifted: I discovered that my nursing background and a skepticism about Eastern medicine weren't obstacles to becoming an acupuncturist—they were exactly what I needed.
I practice Zhu Scalp Acupuncture and Daoyin movement therapy. I hold my R.Ac. And I work this way: your body already knows how to heal itself. My job is to listen, partner with you, and help you find what works. No doctrine. No mystique. Just evidence-informed care that meets you where you are. This business—Coco Acupuncture—carries a name my dad called me, one I'm reclaiming. Everything here is built on what I wish I'd found when I was drowning.
