Manual therapies like tui na or zen shiatsu work with your child's body. Our approach is evidence-informed and intentionally built for children. We work within what the research supports and what we've trained in. Your child's first appointment is the same as yours: thorough, unhurried, and honest about what we can help with. ZSA (zhu scalp acupuncture) is very comfortable and can be safely applied to infants and active children!

You receive the intensive treatment plus a custom daoyin handout designed for your specific pattern, food recommendations tailored to your body, and two weeks of email support as you integrate the work. Many clients extend this program over 2–3 months or even a year, depending on their goals.

Most clients start here. We come to you—Barrie, surrounding communities, or further out. One-on-one, no distractions, room to move and rest. You control the environment.

At Our Partner Clinic:
For clients who prefer clinic access, we work through Adams Massage Therapy (Barrie).

Online & Community:
Join our Daoyin practice group or access recorded sessions on our YouTube channel. These are movement and breathing practices you can do anytime—a real complement to hands-on treatment. This has no cost!

Pricing Note

Pricing is in-home delivery, inclusive of all supplies and travel. We adjust for geography to account for time and fuel costs. Receipts are issued after payment is made for submitting to private insurance or for annual income tax health spending where applicable. Clinic sessions (via Adams Massage Therapy) are arranged individually and offer direct billing when plans permit.
